Staff were nice and helpful but the property isn’t and the room weren’t very clean. The carpet in the room smelled bad and was visibly dirty, bathroom had visible mold issues and the floors hadn’t been properly cleaned either, we spilled water and wiped it up and the white towel was brown.. rooms aren’t very soundproof either, we could hear the people above us all night and they had kids running around until 11pm then again at 5am. Same with the rooms next to us we could hear their conversations until late into the night.

We spent 2 nights in the jaccuzzi room for our anniversary First night was great!!! 2nd night there was a teeager gathering of some sort. 6ish till 11:30ish teens yelling running up-and-down the hallway in and out of the elevator... our doors are at the elevator so it's expected to be a little louder, but they were having a dance party outside our door. And one time my husband looked out the peep hole and one of the girls had her eye against our door trying to look in?? Poor choice, having them on the jaccuzzi room floor we feel as we spent a lot of money it was our anniversary an we just wanted to relax. This has been our go to place Usually leave happy and relaxed...Our second night was disappointing.

The property itself was well looked after, it was the room itself that was the problem, the door to the balcony would not close properly, and you could hear the street noise all night long.

I love this hotel. It is very cozy and clean, with great service and amenities. Its the only REAL hotel in Mission BC. The other is a homeless shelter now. Hence you are lucky to be booking here if visiting Mission area, even Abbotsford or Maple Ridge. I would stay here.

Stayed in the Annex building which was clean and newer. The best part was the breakfast ladies. They work very hard for a nice fresh breakfast. The only thing was some traffic noise but nothing major.
