The location and cleanliness of the property were good. However, I asked for a quiet room and was woken up at 7:30 am because of renovations. When I asked the front desk how long they had been renovating, she said about a year. It was the off season, so there was absolutely no reason to put us right next to the noise. I may as well have gone to work. :(

Good central location with a great view at the front of the hotel. The back view is just the parking lot. Nice new hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. A bit loud so bring ear plugs but no different than most other hotels.

Not sure why I need to upload my ID and credit card info for the online check in. When I check in at the front desk, I was asked for the ID and credit card again. If that is the case, what’s the point to do the online check in. I have concern about my ID and credit card information safety.

We stayed in a Jr suite with 2 dogs. The hotel was very clean, the room was in great shape even for a pet friendly room. There was no odor at all. We enjoyed the hot tub at the hotel and liked staying during off season.

We enjoyed our 2 nights stay and look forward to booking again.. same time next year! Lovely room with scenic fall colour views of Harrison Lake & also loved the cosy electric fireplace.. The room was recently updated with all contemporary design details & furnishings.. very functional! The only thing .. we found not very user friendly to operate was the LG Smart TV system ..
