Nice scenery, clean and quiet room with comfortable bed, enjoyed the pier and the hot tub. Basic hot breakfast and coffee were helpful. Cute little town.

Coming from Florida we have as you can say high expectations we have tried from Maryland to exmore with the eastern shore and none has been even remotely what we are comfortable with but this place was amazing great atmosphere quiet at this time of year aswell, great and clean rooms no issues no moldor mildew no pests I mean greatness!

Having a room on a higher floor with a water view allowed us to see a resupply rocket launched from Wallops island to the international space station. Also allowed a beautiful view of the sunsets. The hot tub was a great way to relax after multiple hikes & bike rides. We noticed a build up of sticker pods we had picked up during our many adventures. Apologies for not cleaning all of them up prior to our departure. Had a wonderful time!!

The view of the sunset from our room was gorgeous. We made a point to get back to our room each night in time to see the sunset. Even better, watching the sunset from the hot tub. They have brand new pickleball courts (across the street) with nice Selkirk paddles, in case you didn't bring your own. Friendly staff. It's pretty old, but the price is for the location on the water. Balcony sliding doors need work, screen was ripped. The only real negative- I had to look for a sock under the bed and it was just gross. I guess their vacuum doesn't reach under there. Overall a nice place, would definitely stay there again.

First our room had no towels - so I went to the desk and they gave me some. It was full of little bugs (like ants) and at night, someone in a nearby room was obviously smoking as there was a cigarette smell coming from the shower each night. Breakfast was so-so. Offered either a waffle or a sausage biscuit. Pillows were hard and not comfortable. Pros were the view and the hot tub.

The property has a great pier for fishing or watching the water and sunsets. Rooms are comfortable.
