Booked a night at this location on Nov 2, 2024 for a checkout on Nov 3, 2024. Arrival at the property was met by a response of expedia has oversold the hotel, and there are no rooms available. I left the hotel and booked in the towne place suites in the same plaza. As of right now i have not received my refund for the my non-existent stay, as The holiday Inn, is refusing to issue a refund for the stay, due to general manager never being present in the hotel, and expedias email and phone calls to the property, never being returned. This is a case of a greedy company like IHG deciding to keep 200 dollars and screw over the consumer. While Expedia, is even more unprofessional, and plain stupid in the handing of this complaint, which will have no resolution, due to their inept nature
