Well located and positioned to the city centre. Quiet as well. Rooms are a little dated, marks on carpet and walls but nothing extreme. Overall a good choice.

Clean, convenient location, friendly staff. We enjoyed three nights in this hotel. Close to restaurants and easy walks around it. Very basic amenities. Breakfast food wasn’t the best, and they should offer better coffee quality in a city that prides itself on coffee offerings. Other than that, happy overall.

The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance (5–10 minutes) of the rental car office, restaurants, and more. Overall, I had a great experience. The only downside was that I found the restaurant staff to be a bit unfriendly. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Christchurch.
