Not the warmest welcome upon check in. We had asked about the on-site restaurant while checking in, and the rep made no mention that the restuarant doesn’t operate on Sundays or Mondays. We had to find that out after ordering drinks. The floors in the hotel room didn’t appear to have been cleaned. Bedding could use some updates

Very nice , quiet and beautiful place, the staff are amazing. Their breakfast was good and fancy but the price was high for the options they had compared to other breakfast buffets at other hotels. Everything else was excellent and I will go back there .

The atmosphere was amazing and the location is super convenient. At first I was worried about parking but there is a free parking garage directly connected to the hotel. Great stay and loved all the cool places in walking distance.

The reception have a great staff, friendly people and very helpful, that’s absolutely awesome, I found some rubbish at my room like a plastic package of a different types of stuff, that was absolutely disgusting, toilet was ok but the didn’t clean and was piss over, next day mistakenly people from cleaning take my personal belongings to a reception when I’m not been check out yet.

Not a romantic getaway.
I was expecting more from the price of the stay. The room had no microwave available, and only a small fridge. Upon checking in it took forever because the clerk was helping a not so friendly guest. The elevators took forever to work. Not what I expected for a stay that was $$$.
