We usually have good luck with staying at other comfort inns but this one was nasty!!! The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months literally everything in there was filthy!! The pool was nasty with rust around the edges of the pool floor, one light out of like 6 or 7 was on so it was super dark in there and there was a film on top of the water, needless to say we did not swim!

Perfect Trip

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to local attractions. The lobby was bright and welcoming, setting a positive tone for our visit. Our room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the ocean. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, minibar, and a large flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and featured both a shower and a separate bathtub, which was a nice touch. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests we had.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful; beds and bathroom were clean. Floors were dirty. Rest of the place needs an overhaul. (Signage looks new but the interior needs work) Good location close to malls and restaurants. Icy parking lot and walkways.

I opened the sofa to find the bedding to be covered in Cheetos, Cheeto stains, shards of glass and wood chips. Just to be told to brush it off with my hand. Then was given a broom to do it myself. And then told I couldn’t get a refund because I was thru a 3rd party. But then said I could get a discount of $10 off my next room. That is not a discount. The girl at the counter said she didn’t want to keep running back n forth to serve me because she needed to do laundry???? Like what is that. Very upset with how I was handled

Room was filthy. Furniture old, dirty and outdated. Bench in room looks like it had baby formula poured down the side of it. Not happy with paying the amount I did. The only good part of this room was the bed, which was very comfy.

Please put a locking door on the pool entrance

The room to the pool didn't need a key to get it because it didn't even have a lock, they are in the middle of a remodel so overall it was okay.

So...they said they were under construction whichbi didn't know before i reserved. The room, 229, wasn't necessarily dirty but not clean either. The blanket was disgusting & i didn't want to touch it. No iron or board, the fridge didnt work. I had to get towels & tissue. Also the tv jad no good channels. We were going to swim but didnt. The one good thing was breakfast. So other than that...i wont be back!
