Stayed at three Marriott hotels over 3 days with this location having the best showers by far. The food and drink options 30 seconds walk away from the hotel were great too.

The location was nice. The bed was as comfortable as mine at home. Between myself and two of daughters we booked three rooms. It was nice having the family altogether as 1 was across the hall and one next door.

Floors were dirty. Staff hid in an office behind front desk and had a hard time getting help at desk. Nowhere for groups to congregate. Couldn’t sit in lounge area or cafe area after 10, would be nice to leave someplace open for people to sit and visit. Also got kicked out of the cafe in the middle of the day so they could clean

was extremely disappointed with my stay. I completely understand a request to quiet down if there’s a noise issue, but the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. I informed the staff that I had two toddlers in the room and was actively trying to get them to sleep. Despite that, someone still came and knocked on my door again, saying the person below was complaining — again. The gentleman who approached me wasn’t understanding or considerate at all. Instead of showing empathy, he simply repeated that the person downstairs was still complaining. There was no support, no real solution, just pressure — as if I was intentionally causing disruption. Traveling with kids is already stressful, and this experience made it worse. I expected better communication and a little more compassion from the staff. When I booked I selected 2 children and their age. I did not ask to be placed on the third level.
