Check in was easy and staff was extremely friendly. However hotel was under construction which was not mentioned anywhere on the website. Loud banging and stomping until 9pm then again starting at 6am…very unpleasant

This property is under construction for new updates. The pool and 1st floor are being worked on first. The staff that checked us in was very helpful and was able to give us a king bed instead of a queen. Breakfast was very good with lots of options and the pancakes were a nice change instrad of waffles. A little hard to get to but i would stay again.

The hotel was undergoing some renovation, so there was a lot of construction material just off the lobby. I found the breakfast area and the complementary breakfast to be great. A very nice selection of breakfast foods, coffee and tea available 24h and a beautiful dining area. The small business center was located off the dining room. The room was clean and modern looking. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. I did have a problem with noise. The floorboards on the room above squeaked as people walked around. When I checked in, there was no one at the desk. I rang the bell and someone came to help a minute later. I noticed that a plate of cookies was put out for the evening arrivals. I thought that was thoughtful, and enjoyable. I would stay there again, hopefully when the renovation has been completed.

No Pool

We took my daughter to an aquarium for her 4th birthday. Plan was to get in to the hotel in the evening, swim, eat pizza, and go to bed. We couldn’t even do that because the hotel had its whole first floor under renovation. That means the pool was closed and that was the whole reason we had booked this hotel. I just wish hotels.com would call and confirm periodically, that all places have all these amenities available at the time.

The breakfast was real good. The shower water pressure was extremely low. Slamming doors all through the night. It was very loud. I did not get a lot of rest. The bathtub was easy to slip in and felt dirty.

Ok ,stayed due to snowfall and unable to travel home due to road conditions . Hotel was under construction, Dusty in room, Fire alarm went off multiple times in am which cause my daughter to slam her hand when jumped up that she had just had testing done on at Cincinatti Children’s so not pleasant time for us maybe better next time
