Said the room smelled like weed when no one smoked almost barged in door so it was like you didn’t have any privacy and lady was very rude and stereotypical followed my mother out the hotel building until she got to the car if your African American i recommend that you not stay at this hotel and that lady should be fired

I am a IHG rewards member and stay only at Holiday Inn Express hotels. During my stay with my family there were many issues - bed was creaky and made a lot of noise. Bugs in the room. Shower drain did not work. I called the front desk requesting to fix. They did not fix. USB ports were not functional for charging.
