Just don't do it!
Cons: No breakfast, no phone in the room, no wifi, broken toilet, 1 towel per room, broken elevator, subpar AC, no shampoo, no soap, 1 roll of TP, stained sheets, no bathroom fan, tape holding up wallpaper, hallways smell awful, scary residents walking around at night, limited parking... Pros: TV worked!

Well i picked the pay at property option and before i even arrived they had tried to deduct the amount of my stay off my credit card. Luckily i had my card locked. Then when i arrived they had tried taking 75 off my card 2 different times and a 14.95 charge also. Thankful for the lock card options

The staff was friendly and check in went well but other than that there was nothing great about this hotel it was right by the highway so it was very noisy unless you ran the AC all night to drown it out, the room was not exactly clean there was hair all over the place there was also a dead bug looked like a roach in the cabinet and mold inside the ice bucket lid, mold was also found in the bathtub and the carpet was dirty, there was only decaffeinated cofee in the room and no soap not even hand soap there was only conditioner and lotion, the door was broken the deadbolt wouldn't lock and the door handle was wacky you had to turn it a certain way or the door wouldn't open there was also a one and a half to two inch gap around the door where you could see the hall light the air conditioner had mold in it and there was water damage on the wall around the air conditioner the trim was actually falling off the wall. Their add on expedia is also a lie there was no breakfast there was a place for a breakfast buffet but it was covered in plastic there was no hot tub and the pool was empty. But the bed was clean no bedbugs and very soft and comfortable

Becareful of rude staff
So me and my family were there for the weekend to visit kings island. We rented two queen beds and the pull out for my family of 6. When we asked for more towels they told us the room was only reserved for 2 people and we could not get any more towels. They looked at me funny when I asked for the couch bedding and only gave us two sheets for it no blanket. We were on the 2nd floor and we found bugs in the microwave and about 10 cockroach’s. There was a hold in the bathroom wall, the room sink was clogged and the kitchen sink leaked. On Sunday we went down to ask for more toilet paper and they refused to give us any because there was too many guest in our room. When you book for there hotel they only allow 4 guest in the room but why offer the couch bed. The air hardly worked but we brought our own fans to move the air around. The rudest staff ever. They even had an issue with exchanged the two towels we used. Please beware if you stay with a family of 4 or more because they will not give you anything for the rooms. Also the pool is not listed at 21 and older unless down there with an adult 21 or order so my son who is 18 couldn’t even take his siblings down without one of us.

We found mold in the bathroom, floors were dirty, matresses were stained, no towels, staff was rude amd actually screamed at us becausecwe asked forcthe towels thst were never provided. There were items that were in the room from a previous guest. And when we went to leave due to the condition of the room, we saw a cockroach climbing the wall near thr elevator

Such a Filthy, Rundown and Unwelcoming Hotel
This place was an absolute mess. The main staff associate was incredibly rude, demanded $75 cash before she gave us our key. We were NEVER notified of this required charge. Beyond this our room was filthy and our comforter had blood/excrement stains all over it. Pool was freezing and extremely cloudy. Whirlpool was broke. No hot coffee in the lobby. No housekeeping came to our room to change sheets/replenish towels or empty trash during our (2) day stay. Only (1) working ice machine for four floors. Had to have maintenance come in because there were only (3) channels. They never even took the garbage left outside our door. The elevator smelled of both cigarettes, weed and had vomit on it's carpeted floor. We had to bring our dirty towels to the front desk before they would give us new ones. Even the bandwith for the Wifi was insufficient. We had door keys for our room but they did not work for the pool or exercise room. If we wanted to get in, she would give us her personal key and tell us bring it back to me now. They did not even have water to purchase, only overpriced pop and energy drinks. I should have taken photos to provide you with actual evidence of the circumstances. We will never come back and are contacting you today to request a full refund for this nightmare of a hotel stay. Unsafe and unacceptable
This property was absolutely unacceptable. My sister and I felt unsafe in the room, so we left within in an hour of arriving. The door didn't lock, there were blood stains on the carpet and the beds, several of the fixtures were broken, the shower was rusty - I could go on. As we left, the desk clerk told us that he would refund the money for my stay, since the room was completely unacceptable and we did not stay - but this was five days ago, and I haven't seen a refund yet. At this point, I don't expect to.

Not for me.
I was disappointed. They put a holding on your credit card for $75. There was no warning that they do that kinda practice. Room was okay. The bed was extremely soft as well as the pillows. Not good for me. I called about the t.v and they told me to do a search for channels. I did it and still wasn't working. No breakfast. The room looks run down.

Great trip, nice rooms.
We read several bad reviews and were a bit skeptical but needed a inexpensive place to stay while intown for the Cincinnati Open. This was a great place to stay! rooms clean, beds comfortable, staff friendly, it was close to restaurants and stores. Overall a good choice.

Kings Inn & Suites satisfied my needs
The room fit my needs, although I do like room service, which isn't part of the offerings.Those at the front desk were accommodating. I read when I selected the hotel that there was a light breakfast...but I was corrected.
