Poorly maintained
Furniture was recently updated. But it was lipstick on a pig. Hotel was wiped down but not cleaned. Old towels, ceiling was flaking and patched, walls were were scuffed and spot painted. Front door opens half way. Just a poorly maintained hotel.

Staff was very professional and helpful. Manager actually gave us his personal chair from his office. Security cameras inside and out newly updated. Place is always clean pool and hot tub clean and always towels. We definitely will be back.

The property well taken care of looks like they are updating but every day they are working on something and that’s wonderful. The rooms are great with a price that I could not find any better than yours. Truthfully that’s why I extended my stay added two extra days so that must tell you something! I’ll be back and I’ll for sure tell friends and family. This is where you should stay!!!

Short drive to kings island. Breakfast is very good. Work out area could used attention missing component. Pool area was decent main pool was a little chilly compared to previous visits. Only 3 pillows on each bed was able to get more from staff quickly. Staff was nice easy check in and able to help with needs quickly

The check in was ok- but confusing for their staff if you book more than 1 room. The walls in the hallway are very thin and you could hear ALOT of things you don’t want to hear. Once in the room, it was FREEZING. 33° when we entered and it was blowing out cold air. I had to turn the unit off and back on in order to get it to blow warm air. Took about an hour to get the room to 60°. The room itself was clean, but there were several hairs in the bathroom and the tub. Water pressure and temp was great. Our window was open upon arrival and would not lock. You can hear the traffic from the highway. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, so we slept good. The property was well lit, but I didn’t exactly feel the safest. Overall, I would stay here again if I had to- but I would probably check elsewhere for availability first. We opted out of breakfast so unable to leave a review for that or the pool area.

It was good
Everything was great, except the check out time was 12 noon and the cleaning staff came in before 10am. They also knocked again at before 11am. There was no do not disturb indoctrination in the room either.
