You're in downtown Cincinnati, not the scenic area. Smells like cigarettes all thru the building....if you have asthma or COPD, go elsewhere. There's a height clearance to get in the parking garage it wasn't able to make it in with a bike on its side on top of my Nissan Xterra I had to pull it down there's a White Castle across street and a Subway, remember you're in downtown Cincinnati take that for what it means I left the next morning on a 2 day booking....no regrets burning a night....safety first

This property from the outside looks sketchy but the rooms were clean the staff was accommodating and the price was great. Unfortunately the neighborhood is not the best. If this hotel were in another neighborhood it would be 4 star

The pr0perty was clean and well-kept, but the area and grounds were run-down, isolated, and unappealing. Interior had some dingy areas in need of repair, carpets were dingy, finishes were old, worn, out of style. Staff/operators were very pleasant and helpful.
