The Space:

With 4 bedrooms housing a total of 7 beds, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths, we ensure ample space for all guests. The main floor features an oversized bathroom with a backlit mirror, wall hangers for long dresses and attire, and a large vanity top, perfect for bridal parties and families preparing for that special day. Throughout the home, you’ll find lighted mirrors, spacious vanities, and large countertops, ensuring that all guests can get ready in comfort and style. A spiral staircase leads to a well-equipped kitchen on the lower floor, setting the stage for your culinary adventures. Outside, the welcoming patio, complete with a large grill and ample seating, invites intimate gatherings in the open atmosphere. Stay connected and entertained with high-speed Internet and smart TVs.

Guest Access:
We now welcome well-behaved pets, so your furry family members can join in the celebration. (Pets must not be left alone in home and damage caused by pets will be billed back to guests.) Guests have access to the entire home. Entry is by electronic door code. Access is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight without express permission. Access to the kitchen and outside patio is either by way of the spiral staircase in the living room or through the exterior basement door.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.

Explore Mount Adams, where local eateries, unique shops, and friendly pubs create a welcoming neighborhood vibe. Central to several popular wedding venues, churches, and major landmarks, including the FC Cincinnati Soccer Stadium, Union Terminal, Hard Rock Casino, and Music Hall. Alternatively, stay home and enjoy spectacular hillside views of downtown.

Getting Around:
There are plenty of options for guests to get around. Guests are of course welcome to use their personal vehicle. But public transportation and ride-share options are often readily available, as well as rentable scooters and bicycles in the city. And for guests who are able, walking is a great option for getting around as well.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: A signed rental agreement is required prior to receiving check-in instructions.
NO PARTIES: We have a very strict no-party policy. Any parties or large unapproved gatherings will lead to the immediate cancellation of your booking without a refund.
NO SMOKING: The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, and similar products is strictly prohibited both inside the home and on the patio.
FAMILY CONSIDERATIONS: While we welcome families, we note that the home’s historic features may not be suitable for younger children. Parents are urged to consider the property’s historic nature for safety reasons.
SAFETY: As always, we recommend guests exercise common sense and safety while walking to and from destinations throughout the city.
