No hot water in shower, nats coming out of sink drain and during the night the air conditioning unit leaked all over the floor. Not to mention the non smoking room smelled like mildew. The noise from the night club next door was disturbing.

I love the owners. They and their crew always take care of me when I'm in town. I can afford to go anywhere but I always choose here no matter what party of Ohio I'm in due to I feel safe here

No dedicated staff at office. Pillows and towels looked dirty with visible off-white stains. Some rooms that are smoke-free have the smell of smoke in them. First room that I got assigned actually had someone in it when I tried entering the room.

I was traveling solo with my daughter- when we checked in police lights were flashing. We went to our room and you could see all around the door and hear every sound. We left within 20 minutes of checking in and booked at a different hotel. It did not seem very safe or secure!

I didnt like that it wasnt very accessible. I mentioned I had someone with mobility issues and was still forced to be on the second floor. The club in front made it difficult to sleep and made me feel unsafe. The sraff were helpful. I didnt appreciate that the AC was falling apart. I also didnt like that some of the outlets in the room either didnt work or were missing faceplates.
