This hotel is supposed to be high end. No one told us that there is a concert going on outside every Saturday until 10pm. Loud base shaking the hotel room is not too comfortable. Also there is a restaurant on the top floor that we ate at one night. The food took almost an hour to arrive and the salmon ordered was raw. No other people were eating in the restaurant at this time. Not what we expected for what we payed.

This is a cool hotel with a spacious lobby, sitting areas, library and even an art gallery. The staff are professional, helpful and friendly. My room was art deco cool. Definitely several steps above the typical, cookie cutter property!

We stayed 1 night. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The only problem we ran into is parking. Parking garge only held a small amount of cars which was full when we arrived. Our options were to valet for $20.00, park on 1 side of the road or get towed or park down a hill. With the size of the hotel they need more parking.

So totally impressed; there for Cincinnati State family weekend. Odd restaurant hours, but food is excellent. EVERYONE is polite. Valet service available for $19, but sufficient off-site/very nearby parking is substantial. Better than expected, HUGE facility, and beautiful decor. Plan to stay again.

Nicest place I've ever stayed at!!!
The hotel was amazing! However my father and went out to eat and went to a play. When we got back there was no parking so I feel they need to improve parking for sure!!!
