Washer/Dryer: We have a washer and dryer set in the basement (door next to hall bath).

Check Out: We just ask that you check out by 11am and put the key back in the lockbox and let the host know once completed. We will take care of everything else!!

Parking: Please park on the street at one the spaces. The driveway is reserved for the tenants upstair who need the garage access. If you park on the driveway, the tenants OR next door may call to have you towed. If you have any questions on this, please feel free to reach out.

Family visit
We came in to visit family for the weekend and stayed here. It was very nice. Beds were comfortable. We did not have the mattress for the trundle bed and reached out. Within an hour we had sheets, pillows and a brand new air mattress. Very clean and easy to find. Would stay here again.

Great cozy condo with all the amenities
I hosted a small girls trip for my mom's 60th birthday. This location was great. The house had (almost) everything we needed and the host was super responsive. We appreciated the wide selection of coffees and teas provided. We enjoyed cooking breakfast together and playing games at night. We appreciate the strong Wi-Fi. It is a shared unit, but thankfully the neighbors weren't too noisy, but you definitely hear them walking around. It was a great location for our day of exploration in Cincinnati. The only thing I would suggest bringing is extra blankets. Our teens didn't want to share a bed so they slept on a couch and lounge chaise, thankfully we brought an extra throw.

Great spacious condo
The condo check in process was seamless and communication with the owner was timely. There were three bedrooms, 2 with king beds and the third with a smaller bed. WiFi was strong and there is a desk with extra plugs in the third bedroom that is ideal for work from home digital nomads. Parking was ideal on the street in front of the condo, however if you have more than 2 cars it could be challenging to get a spot. The location is ideal for those wanting a quick drive or walk in summer months to Mount Lookout local restaurants. The condo is on the corner of a main road so traffic does make it a bit noisy during the day, but since it’s a residential area it wasn’t loud enough to disrupt our sleep. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
