It was ok and clean. Very basic room and the pillows were the hardest I have ever seen anywhere in the world. It was a clean room though and the price was good. Very close to cruise shuttle too which is nice

The hotel was adequate effective air conditioner, fan, bathroom was small with some mold around the edges of the shower and showerhead, but adequate and functional. Spacious room with spacious storage. The beds were flat and somewhat uncomfortable. The view from the bathroom and the bedroom were excellent. The staff was friendly And helpful. We could see the cruise ship port and it was very convenient with multiple dining options within walking distance. PS do not go to the pizzeria in the hotel. The Forma restaurant which was within walking distance has been written up in the Michelin travel guide and was an excellent value with delicious food and service.

Excellent place to stay night before a cruise. 100 meters to free cruise shuttle parking lot. Family owned and very friendly and helpful staff. Continental breakfast included. The hotel is dated but very clean. Only negative- beds and pillows need replacing.

This hotel is great for pre/post cruising. It is very convenient, lots of restaurants within walking distance, & the staff is very helpful! It is not fancy nor a top-of-the-line - yet, it provided excellent service & most important to us was ac, which they are having an extreme heatwave right now. Thank you to Guissepe, who took such good care of us, as he spoke excellent English, where the rest of the staff was limited.

The people that run this hotel are the best. Giuseppe is so helpful he even took us outside to show us exactly where we needed to walk to. There is a pizza place right next door that has awesome pizza. We were here just one night for a cruise and it’s so convenient for that. The free shuttle bus to the ship is literally a 2 minute walk. The showers have great water pressure and lots of hot water. The air conditioning works great and the free wifi was really good. They offer free breakfast and free bottled water which is really nice at this price point. The hotel is very reasonable and I highly recommend it. We will definitely stay here again!

I can't say enough about Michael at check in... big smile to greet with, got me a water (could tell I was melting).. carried my suitcase up to the elevator and also told me where I could do laundry.. so friendly... the lady at breakfast this morning was also very friendly!! all the staff made my stay very enjoyable

If you’re going on or coming off a cruise and need a place to stay for a night, the proximity to the cruise port and shuttles is the only redeeming feature of the property. It is walking distance to the shuttles. I should also say that the place was clean. The facilities are old and very outdated. The bed was like a rock and extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast was basically pre-packaged pastries with one choice for cold cereal. The desk person on Sunday was not much help at all but the person man upping the desk on Monday was much more helpful.
