In the Côtes de Bourg and Côtes de Blaye vineyards, 35 minutes from Bordeaux, discover this 70m² gîte in the heart of a restored 18th century farmhouse.
It has a private garden with terrace and is adjoined by another gîte and a house. The ground floor comprises a lovely living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting room, a bedroom with dressing room (160cm bed), a small shower room and separate toilet. The open-plan mezzanine has 2 extra beds (2 x 80cm single beds) and a relaxation area.
For your relaxation, the swimming pool is available from May to September from 10.30am to 8pm, as well as a games area with a petanque pitch, table football and table tennis. The landscaped grounds of the property are at your disposal, inviting you to make a number of discoveries throughout the year.
A games room (with table football, children's books, games, large-screen TV) is available during the summer holidays.
Central heating, bed linen and kitchen linen provided. Beds are made on arrival.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning package (€50), bathroom linen hire (€5/person). Covered parking available. Wifi internet access. Baby equipment available on request. No smoking inside. Parties are not permitted.
Bicycles available on request (subject to availability).
