Perfect for large families or small groups, this mountain farmhouse in Suncadia's Nelson Preserve features a main home with a detached apartment above the garage with a full kitchen, a game room, and stunning views of the preserve. Unwind and connect with each other and nature and enjoy an amazing Suncadia experience!
Conveniently located just 5 minutes from Nelson Farm, farm playground, bike pump track and scenic trails. Only 7 miles from Suncadia Resort!

Escape the winter blues and replenish at this incredibly sunny cabin, featuring floor to ceiling east facing windows overlooking a serene tree-lined meadow. Watch the sunrise with a morning cup of coffee from the living room or hot tub, and you may even spot elk grazing in the meadow. 6 adirondack chairs encircle the warm gas fire pit outside ready for stargazing. Inside the living room you'll find seating for 6 on two comfy sofas, plus 2 chairs anchored by a cozy gas fireplace. The dining table seats 8 comfortably plus 3 bar seats at the quartz island.
The garage has room for parking with EC charging capability. Above the garage is a roomy detached Mother-in-law suite which is the perfect escape for kids or a quiet work environment. In addition to a queen bed + full bath, the MIL suite is well stocked with entertainment. Not only is a Television, shuffleboard, vintage arcade games, and foosball available but there is also a full kitchenette with plenty of room for snacks and refreshments.
Enjoy the serenity of this peaceful meadow cabin, just a short drive to the resort core offering golf, winery, fine dining.
