We were very pleased with our suite, the breakfast, and the staff. The bedding was not super warm, but we could have turned up the heat. Overall it was a great stay and close to the highway.

DON’T STAY
They looked at the booking wrong. I booked for 2 nights and the next day desk receptionist took our belongings and stuffed everything in bags with open cups. My nephews had iPads and one has been doing breathing treatments with a nebulizer. When confronting the front desk, they argued with us even after we showed them the receipt of 2 nights. Not to mention that our belongings were gone through as well. I do recommend the hotel across the street.

Friendly, decent employees, but I see why this place has two stars. The bed is quite stiff and very uneven. The lights kept flickering because I believe the bulb was low, and the bathroom door was difficult to close.

The staff seemed very prejudice when I checked in and counted my guest and let me know the limit in my room we were watching the cavs game. My God daughter caught an Uber around 8 pm. We were back to only 6 people in our room. Then around 11:40 pm my two boys left and we were down to 4 in the room I didn't like it the energy was off and it was well felt, I would never return and tell my people not to patronize this business In very angry.😖

Even though this Best Western is in the middle of renovations I have no complaints about our stay and HIGHLY recommend you stay there. The Staff was very friendly, respectful, kind and made it very clear that they were there 24/7 accomodating for any of our needs. Our room was very clean and acceptable. The morning breakfast's were very good and If you slept passed the time frame for breakfast you had a Bob Evans and Goody's Family Restaurant across the street from the hotel. For those that come in via the airport they have Hotel transportation to and from the airport. Only other thing to add is that the Hotel is going through room renovations but that did not impact our stay there and look forward to our next stay there this upcoming 2025 year. The only thing I would improve on is the bathroom towels. Very rough on the skin but acceptable.

Amazing staff. Going through a full renovation but my unupgraded room was still very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Some of the nicest people I've ever encountered at a hotel.
