There was visable mold in the bedroom of our room. The bathroom fan did not work at all. The toilet was obnoxiously loud and water would spit out of the top until my partner put the tube back where it was supposed to go. Everything else about our stay was fantastic, we aren't complainers and only being there 2 nights barely in the room dealt with it.

It was a pleasant stay there. It was clean and comfortable. Only thing they should have the ice machine working on all the floors and my phone volume was working. Very pleasant staff.

Very much liked this hotel: a safe and quiet suburban location, close to shopping centers and adequate food options; easy to get into and out of. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and everything was in working order. The staff was professional, courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay again when in the area.

I was given an ADA accommodated room - did not request it nor need it. The AC was on high and could not adjust it - the wall unit was not allowing any changes to the temp. The ice machine on every floor was out of order but no out of order sign on any of them. The girl at the front desk was very good - found me another room at my request and stayed to make sure that the AC could be adjusted. I have a night reserved for 8/31 and am going to look for a different hotel.

My room was beautiful and very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located minutes away from Crocker Park, which offers a lot of dining and shopping options. The only complaint I have is that the 4th floor had loud music playing every night during my stay, right above my 3rd floor room. The hotel did not seem to do anything about it because it continued on both nights of my stay into the late hours of the night.

Excellent place to stay. Can not possibly get a cleaner room-perfect, staff was very attentive and freindly, bartender was very good and helpful answering questions, nice pool, we were on 4th floor and never heard a thing all night long, food available for purchase and a nice Italian restaurant in parking lot
