Felt like a prison cell
One of the most disgusting rooms i ever slept in. From blood on the sheets, to filthy grout. To marks all over the walls, it was gross. There were oily head prints on the head board, and wveything was incredibly out dated

I stay at this location everytime I am in Cleveland. The only issue I have is that I can never get a room on the 3rd floor. I am always subject to someone above me always making noise and lots of it. Thus last stay I was in room 131 and the water in the bathtub drained really slowly

Mediocre overall
The rooms didn’t look anything like the advertised photos—our room was cramped and small, and was badly in need of updating / maintenance. Our keys stopped working halfway through our stay and we were locked out for over 15minutes while waiting on staff to come back to the front counter (which was unattended that whole time). Tiny TV, but comfortable enough bed and pillows and the sheets were clean. The furniture in the room needed a deep clean however.
