Our cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath home sits on the backside of our 93-acre farm, nestled in the beautifully rolling hills of Southeast, TN.
There is an array of activities to enjoy during your stay at the farm. From a hiking trail, small fishing pond, & farm animal Meet+ Greets to indoor/outdoor family fun games and a fire ring.
Pets are welcome leashed on the farm.

Our guests often boast about how peaceful their visits to the countryside have been. I often times see guests enjoying the relaxation of a stroll or the melodies from an abundance of songs birds.
Rooster Tail Ranch offers exciting outdoor activities for the entire family. From our hiking trail to a stocked fishing pond, there is always something exciting to do. Activities and their locations on the farm are outlined and mapped in the Welcome Binder placed on the entry table.
If you're looking forward to kicking back during your stay, this home features a front porch furnished with chairs and table, large yard, and a fire ring.
Inside the spare closet you will find a plethora of indoor games.
Visitors have full access to a stocked fishing pond for catch and release. General Fishing Gear, a portable tackle box, Lawn chairs and poles are provided for your convenience.
During harvesting months, we open access to our Organically Grown Herb and Vegetable Gardens for personally picked produce. Another way we sustainably operate is by fertilizing with compost sourced directly from our farm. Our seeds are saved each year from the best of the best of each variety, to ensure nutrient enrichment.
Pets are welcome to come along and freely enjoy the beautiful open space adjacent to this home.
Pets must be crated if left unattended inside the home.
We provide potty bags, and a separate outdoor trash can to dispose of all pet discard.
We ask that all pets walking the farm be leashed as a courtesy to other exploring guests and to protect our livestock.
We encourage adventure and exploring on our farm. Please avoid entering any fenced areas as they are not open to the public.
Trail heads are marked for your convenience, and directions are mapped out in the Welcome Binder inside the home.

We are a family owned and operated ranch. At any given time, you can spot grazing livestock, free range chickens, turkey, deer, and the occasional hawk, owl, and tortuous. For your safety, please do not approach wildlife, or livestock unattended.
We have three additional homes on the farm available for your viewing. Feel free to ask about them.
Check-ins and check-outs are contactless, and details are provided a week prior to your arrival date.
