Welcome to your new home away from home in the Euclid area of Cleveland. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful little bungalow.

This charming 3 bedroom is the part of a side-by-side duplex style home, but each has a different address. (This is how the city of Euclid does it.) You will have complete and private access to this entire home, with 3 bedrooms, including a king, a queen, and a twin bunk bed. There is one bath upstairs and a fully stocked kitchen. Parking is available in the driveway for up to 3 cars parked single-file, and free street parking is also available.

The house is clean, well-maintained and fully furnished for your stay. It's cozy and centrally located to the east side of Cleveland. Just a quick 10 min to downtown and all the hospitals and about 30 min to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.

NOTE: The listed rate is for the first 4 guests. The maximum capacity is 7. Any additional guests above 4 (that is, a 5th, 6th, and 7th guest) require an additional Guest Fee of $5 each per day each.

While I love to meet all my guests, you will likely only see me if there is an emergency.

NOTICE: ALL STAYS AT THIS PROPERTY ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES

This property, located at 1550 East 256th Street in Euclid, Ohio (the "Property"), is managed by Short Term Rental Management LLC ("We" or "Manager"). You and those staying with you during your stay are the guests ("Guest" or "You"). Anyone You invite into the Property during your stay is a visitor ("Visitor").

Registration:
All Guests must be registered prior to arrival. No unregistered Guests or Visitors are allowed inside the Property. The listed rate is for the first 4 guests. The maximum Property capacity is 7. Any additional Guests above 4 (that is, for a 5th, 6th, or 7th Guest) require an additional Guest Fee of $5 each per day each. If one or more Guests stay on the Property without registration, the booking is subject to immediate cancellation without a refund, a $75 Non-Registered Guest Fee per unregistered Guest, or both.

Early or Late Arrival:
We will make every effort to accommodate requests for early check-in or late checkout, when possible, for a fee of $30.00 each. However, please request early check-in at the time of your booking to allow us time to prepare for your arrival. Please understand that there is no guarantee we can accommodate these requests.

Smoking and Substances:
No smoking or use of substances inside the Property. Butts must be disposed of in an ash tray in the back yard of the Property. No signs of smoking should be left anywhere on the Property. This includes butts left on the ground. A $450 fine will be assessed if we have to pick up cigarette butts or find evidence of any illicit drug use (including marijuana) inside the Property.

Parking:
Parking is available in the driveway for up to 3 cars parked single-file, and free street parking is also available. Parking is also available in the one-car garage; lift to open door. Driveway is shared with the neighbor, so please do not park on her side. Guests and Visitors must comply with all parking regulations and requirements. Please show consideration for other vehicles in the neighborhood. Do not park on the grass or on neighboring properties.

Parties:
No parties or public events of any kind are allowed inside the Property or on the exterior grounds of the Property. A party is defined as any period of more than 30 consecutive minutes during which more than 2 Visitors are on the Property, or any effort to have multiple Visitors with such intent (a "Party"). If you are planning to have Visitors and wish to clarify whether this meets the definition of Party as defined here, please call or message the Manager. Any costs for repair due to property damage or excess cleaning will be invoiced to You.

Quiet Time:
Quiet time begins at 10 p.m. and lasts until 7 a.m.

Security:
For the safety of all Guests and Visitors, this Property is equipped with exterior cameras (which may include Ring doorbells and/or Blink cameras with audio/video surveillance) that are in plain view in public spaces and on the Property exterior. All are monitored regularly.

Holdovers:
Guests and Visitors remaining in or on the Property beyond the Guest's reservation period (a "Holdover") will be deemed to be trespassing. We will take all possible legal action (civil and/or criminal) to have Holdovers removed from the Property and prosecuted to the full extent allowable under law.

Property Condition and Damage:
You accept this Property during the course of your Stay on an "As Is" basis. Due to the volume of guests, the Property is subject to regular wear-and-tear that will not interfere with the quality of your Stay. However, if you find any of the furniture, fixtures, or other aspects of the property to be excessively damaged or in disrepair, including any damage caused by You, your other Guests, or your Visitors during your stay ("Guest Damage"), please notify Us immediately. We will work with You to remedy the situation in a timely manner to everyone's satisfaction.

You may be liable for direct costs associated with any repairs required to address Guest Damage. We will work to mitigate such costs and will communicate this to you. If you fail to report any Guest Damage, You will be liable for the direct costs for any associated repairs plus an additional $100 Unreported Damage fee.

Pets:
No pets allowed on or inside the Property. This is not a pet friendly Property. Pets include any animals You bring onto the Property during your stay (each a “Pet”). Registered service animals are always welcome, but We do require notice so that We can properly clean the Property following departure for guests with allergies. Service animals are expected to be with their human and not left unattended inside the Property at any time. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to charge a $20 Cleaning Fee if any service animal leaves an excess mess.

Miscellaneous:
Generally, please leave the Property the same or better than you found it!

No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room or outside.

Keep a close eye on your kids at all times.

Please keep track of all keys and report any lost keys. You will be liable for a $200 Lost Key Fee if You lose a key during your stay or if the key is otherwise not returned upon checkout.

Please report any problems in a timely manner and allow us to rectify the problem first.

PRIOR TO CHECK OUT:

Dispose of all trash in the trash bin and outside receptacles when you check out.

Make sure to turn off all lights, air conditioning, and any electronics. Don’t forget to close all the windows and lock all the doors.

Check all rooms, closets, and drawers for your personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost items or items left behind.

During cold-weather months, please turn the heat down (in cold months) to 55 degrees when leaving. In warm weather, please turn AC off or set to 72 degrees.

Wash dishes, strip rooms of dirty linens and take to the basement, and always remove all trash and place in the receptacle outside.

Emergency Situation
We found this rental literally on our way driving to Cleveland from Boston. Unfortunately the original vrbo we booked had to be cancelled because a tornado swept through the day before and knocked out all power. We were thankful to have found this one, but unfortunately were disappointed with what we came across. I had to take out the shower liner because of how disgusting it was and had to clean the tub before I let my kids shower. We also realized the toilet seat was broken, but still usable. The microwave also did not work. I let the manager know and in the beginning she was quick to respond and very apologetic. Even letting us know that a shower liner would arrive via amazon and we should open and replace. It never arrived. I have texted her several times since we left and have not heard anything in response. This place is way overpriced for what you get and where it is. Again - we were thankful to have found a place in the emergency situation, but will never use this place or management company for a vrbo rental again.
