✹ There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. For longer stays, Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

✹ Please gather excess trash and place it in large receptacles at the front of the house.

✹ We ask our guests to enjoy and treat our house with the same love and respect as they would their own home.

✹ If you are coming in with a pet there would be a $99 pet fee.

✹ For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests, SMOKING is not allowed inside the house (e.g. marijuana, vapes, cigarettes, etc.)

✹ This cozy home is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.

✹ STRICT QUIET HOURS 9PM - 7AM "Especially Outdoor"

✹ Damage to the property will incur the following charges:

✹ To ensure a seamless check-in and a clear understanding of the rental terms, guests are required to complete the following upon booking confirmation:

✹ LEFT ITEMS: $25 will be charged on items that was left in the property on top of the shipping fee

✹ Early Check-in:
If there is no reservation from the previous day, we can consider an early check in.
Alternatively, you can book the previous day to guarantee the early check in.
✹ Late Check-out:
Late check out request are seldomly approved due to the cleaning team is scheduled on your check out schedule at 11am.

✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.

✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.

★★ PETS ARE ALLOWED – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

✹ We welcome well-behaved pets. Only 2 pets are allowed per reservation (More than 2 pets are negotiable, please seek host approval first before making the reservation)

✹If you're bringing more than our maximum pet allowed we would require a $500 security deposit

✹ Pets must be house-trained and under their owner's control at all times. They should not be left unattended in the rental property at any time.

✹ Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors. (Pet cleaning fee minimum of $500 may be charged after the reservation if proven that there was neglect on this item)

✹ If a pet causes damage to the rental property, the guest is responsible for the cost of any repairs or replacements.

✹ Guests must provide proof of their pet's up-to-date vaccinations and flea/tick treatments before check-in.

✹ If a pet becomes a nuisance to other guests or neighbors, the guest may be asked to leave the rental property without a refund.

✹ Guests are responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their pets to other guests or neighbors.

✹ By booking this rental property and bringing a pet, the guest agrees to abide by these pet policies. Please note that failure to comply with these policies may result in additional fees or the cancellation of the reservation.

Cute cottage!
Very clean and cute! The upstairs not only offered 2 queen beds but an office nook as well! Kids loved the ping pong table in the basement. Great communication and easy check-in. We came to visit Castle Noel in Medina (30 min. drive) and the Christmas Story House in Cleveland so this location was very convenient.

Great job.
We love it. It was everything we wanted and more. My grandson love the games and the corn hole. Place was stock everything we need. Place was clean and quiet. We could not ask for a better place. On top of the list when we come back to Cleveland.

Nice and clean little house.
Nice little house with a fenced in yard for the dogs. The only downside is one small bathroom. Otherwise it’s conveniently located for visiting places in Cleveland and the National Park. It’s felt like a safe neighborhood.

Family reunion
Overall, this was a very nice, cozy property that had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and very convenient to the airport, Lake Erie beaches, and the baseball stadium. It was a little smaller than we expected from the photos, but we didn’t feel crowded at all! The hosts were very responsive, helpful, and inquired about any additional needs we may have had. We would stay here again.
