Wonderful. Donnie the night manager was so helpful and I didn’t get her name but the little Asian woman who was the breakfast attendant was a doll. But the best thing for me was the pool. I’m a swimmer and I stayed two extra nights just so I could use the pool.

This Manager Deserves a Raise!
The manager went above and beyond for every guest. First, for us when we arrive sharing some treats he had for his staff. So as not to leave us out, he gave us some without hesitation because we were at the desk, checking in. Smile on his face every moment, including the next morning when he was working in the breakfast area, keeping everything stocked and asking everyone if they needed something they didn’t see.

Arrived around 9pm. I had called front desk earlier in the morning to let them know we would be arriving late. We had reservation for room with king bed. Was told not available and we should’ve booked through their website instead of Expedia. We got a room with 2 beds that was okay though carpeting was dirty. We would not stay again.

The hotel is in a great location near Crocker Park, making it convenient for shopping and dining. Parking is easy with plenty of space, and they offer a decent breakfast to start the day. However, the rooms are quite dated. The carpets are stained, and I noticed some blackened electrical outlets, which was concerning. Additionally, I observed that the check-in staff had to stand the entire time. While I understand the management may want them to appear attentive and professional, providing them with chairs would show basic consideration for their comfort. It's a small gesture but an important one for employee well-being.

Everything was so clean. I went to the restroom on the first floor after breakfast buffet, washed my hands. I cleaned splashes around the sink because I didn’t want to feel guilty. Also neighbor was safe and lake Erie was close

We really enjoyed our stay. I really was just looking for a clean hotel room. We got that for sure. The mattress could have been better, but nothing beats yours own bed. We enjoyed our night away.
