I was disappointed that it took almost an hour to get into my room after my initial check-in. I was also disappointed that when I reserved the room, the cost for a night was $169, but when I checked in, the room cost $699.00 for the night. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but really not worth $699 for a night. I can't complain, though, because the hotel is within a quick walk to the venue where I attended the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction ceremony.

There were two issues with my stay and I will never stay there again because of it. First I was told there was room service when there was not and the website even showed it. The second issue was huge, their fire alarm had a glitch and it alarmed all night long. And I mean all night long. That night should have been compensated for but I was told since it was an Expedia booking there was no way they could help me. Instead I was given a breakfast voucher non-edible breakfast. This is our go to hotel for Cavs games. It is literally right across the street from Rocket Mortgage. We've stayed here so many times. Staff is kind and detail oriented. Rooms are very clean and simple. Beds are super comfy. Breakfast bar downstairs is ok but with limited choices but staff is attentive. Our only complaint is repeatedly we've had big issues with the valet parking. It is often understaffed and sometimes they park your car outside. In winter once the kid brought our car back covered in snow! He didnt even take the time to clean off the windshield. We have also had to wait super long times to get our car back in the morning. We keep hoping for them to improve this and if they don't this year we'll be looking to stay elsewhere, which is sad because otherwise we really love this hotel.

Wonderful experience overall - hotel seemed on the newer side and well kept. The staff was friendly, even allowing for early check in since they had a room available. Id recommend to anyone visiting Cleveland looking for a good value and centrally located. Night near the baseball stadium

Nice for the price!
For the price, the room was surprisingly nice, clean, and comfortable. Had to pay for valet parking and breakfast, but it worked out well. Only 1 elevator working and some damage in the bathroom, but I would definitely recommend this place to others.

This place looks so fancy in pictures, sure! At the end of the day it was basically a cardboard box of a room in terms of size and sound quality! Im saying if someone sneezed four rooms down, you could simply say bless you and they'd thank you. If someone was walking down the road on the opposite side, you could hear their footsteps.
