This stay was much better than the last time we stayed at an Extended Stay. The entire property seemed to be brand new. Very clean and tons of amenities. My only issue was booking my room and not being notified during check in that they were putting us into a handicap room. Bathroom was super small. It was late when we finally settled into our room and we didn't notice until the morning that the pillow cases were visibly stained. We were also placed adjacent to the ice machine, so we had to listen to that all night due to a party going on down the hall and they kept using ice machine. Bed was very comfortable. I would've liked to have a couch in the room. I paid for king size suite and got a recliner and a work table that could be used as an eating table. Luckily, there was a chair at the table.

I was pretty disappointed with the hotel. Room was ok and I booked it for 3 people and we had to ask for sheets,pillows, and covers and towels. The shower supplies were only for 1 person. No paper cups for water. Had to ask for it. And the breakfast grab and go was very disappointing. I have stayed at many hotels that offer some type of breakfast but this was the worst. Maybe it was me because I have never stayed at an extended stay hotel and did not realize you have to ask for everything. The other disappointment I had is I had to leave a day early because of a family emergency and I could not get credit for the last day because I booked it through hotels.com. Also the hotel charges $108.00 deposit for room damage and they said it would take about 7 days to get that back after the clean it and check it out. So for the amount of money I had to pay it was not worth it to book again. Sorry to say this because I have never left a negative review on on any other place that I stayed at in my life.

First impression: the sloping stairs and wobbling handrail from the parking lot to the entrance are an accident waiting to happen. Pool but no hot tub (hot tub a priority after a long day of driving). No standard coffee/tea pot in room. Skimpy on amenities--shampoo but no conditioner or lotion. Tiny bathroom. Beds were comfy, but would definitely try to stay elsewhere next time.

Not much within walking distance not really a close gas station or store will have to uber /ridhare mostly for transport or having a car would be good. Otherwise the stay was great lots of dinning options around clean, safe pool was open !

The pool area looks like a horror movie set. There are several lights out, and the humidity was making the lights rain. There was visible mold on the walls, and the water was cloudy. Since we had our child, we did swim for a bit. The chlorine was very high. It could be smelled down the hallway. The ceiling has an electrical looking wire that was half taped and sloppily painted. The water was warm. The beds were fine. The couch bed had a dirty mattress pad. I had to go to the front desk with the dirty pad and exchange it for a clean one, and ask for linens for the couch bed. Normally the linens for the couch are in a closet. Here you have to ask for linens and any kitchen utensils.
