◆ Please note that guests must climb some steps to enter the house, including one step at the side entrance, and there are a few steps leading down to the basement.
◆ Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, there is a $95 fee for up to 2 dogs (no weight limit). For more than 2 pets, we will charge two pet fees. Please do not arrive with unauthorized pets, as this will result in a $200 fine plus the standard pet fee of $200. Please contact us in advance if you’ll be traveling with your pets.
◆ Enjoy complimentary amenities during your stay, including Wi-Fi, 3 Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and more.
◆ We provide some complimentary basic essentials upon your arrival to assist you, such as soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags for each bin, a roll of paper towels, and some laundry detergent. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay, so you will need to purchase more if necessary.
◆ A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES:

✔ Guests must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
✔ Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is strictly prohibited inside the home, and the use of recreational drugs on the property is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a $500 penalty.
✔ Parties/events are not permitted, and illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Excessive noise, including loud music, is not tolerated after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
✔ Only guests listed in the reservation are permitted on the property.
✔ Tents or other structures may not be set up on the property grounds.
✔ Guests are responsible for any charges related to damages during their stay or extra cleaning required afterward.
✔ Guests may be asked to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
✔ Please refrain from moving furniture.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

-Primary guest is responsible for relaying the house rules to additional guests.

-Primary guest is also responsible for the actions of all other guests on the property including charges accrued.

My son and I had to work in Cleveland, OH for 4 weeks. Alec was in constant communication with me throughout my stay. Instructions were clear for laundry, door codes, etc. Jimmy the property manager is absolutely awesome. The property is well manicured and the location is about 20 minutes to downtown Cleveland. If you like "mom and pop" restaurants, there are plenty in the area. I am planning on returning in February/March and staying here. I really liked this place.
