The space
Newly renovated basement with a kitchenette, dining area, living room, bedroom, and full bathroom ~

The Kitchenette:
5 ft tall refrigerator/freezer with filtered Brita & ice trey, kitchen sink, utensils, dinnerware, pots & pans, 2 plug in countertop burners, toaster oven/air fryer, microwave, basic seasonings, olive oil/cooking spray, kettle, soaps, sponges, dish towels, paper towels, & single cup Keurig.

The Dining Area:
4-person dining table with comfortable seating, salt & pepper.

The Living Room:
Smart Roku TV with cable (Netflix, Hulu etc. access via personal login), comfy white leather sofa, coffee table, extra blankets, tic tac toe, and deck of cards.

The Bedroom:
Two full-size beds, nightstand with lamp/extra storage/charging station, stand-alone wardrobe, iron & mini-ironing board, laundry basket, and full-length mirror.

The Full Bathroom:
Stand up shower (please note if you are above 6'3" showerhead will be low), vanity with sink, toilet with toilet paper, all towels provided, shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided, hair dryer, first aid kit, cotton pads, Q tips, Makeup mirror, & Bluetooth speaker.

The Laundry/Mud Room:
This space is shared with hosts ~ Washer and Dryer (access upon request and approval), detergent pods & dryer sheets provided. Bench, shoe mat & wall hooks - please feel free to utilize :) Shoes must be removed prior to entering basement, thank you!

This is a key code entryway; you will enter via our garage & mudroom. Please note we do have 1 (cute) dog who is not typically vocal and VERY friendly. This is the basement of our home, and you will hear the occasional footsteps, pipes, appliances etc. We have a fenced in backyard which will only be accessible upon request and approval. In driveway parking (lower left-above sidewalk area) If you have an item that needs stored (example: bike) please let us know so we can best accommodate you! :)

Under Renovation
This VRBO was used while our house was being renovated. The owners were exceptional and responded to our needs quickly. We even recommended this residence to friends of ours that live in FL to stay at when they visit their daughter. We highly appreciate the hospitality we received.
