Summary:
This newly renovated + professionally decorated three story, single-family home in South Euclid is a haven of comfort + style for those visiting Cleveland for personal, professional + medical (15 minutes to CLE Clinic!) reasons. Neighboring Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights, Little Italy + University Circle, this modern, yet cozy home features 4 bedrooms (2 on first floor), 2 full bathrooms (1 on first floor), a fenced in backyard and garage parking. This is your "home away from home" in CLE!

The Space:
The first floor features a family room large TV available for streaming and plenty of comfy seating. Off the family room is the dine-in kitchen, featuring modern appliances and accessories, such as the Kduo and modern gas stove. There are also two queen bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub/shower on the first floor.
Upstairs features a spacious, airy king bedroom that boasts natural light and modern touches.
The fully-furnished basement has a queen bedroom, expensive closet, full bathroom with a shower stall, lounge room with another big TV and air hockey table and laundry room with a free washer and dryer.
The front porch has two chairs and a small table for lounging. The backyard had a basketball hoop on the garage and is fully fenced-in for pets to wander the yard. This pet-friendly home also comes with a leash, pick-up bags and food and water bowl.
Parking options include: 2 cars parking in the garage, another 2 cars in the driveway and free street parking.

Guest Access:
There is a keyless entry. Guests are given a code within 72 hours of checking in. Guests have access to the entire house and fenced in backyard. They also have access to 2 parking spaces in the driveway and the laundry in basement. Neighboring houses are closeby. Please be respectful of neighboring property.

The Neighborhood:
South Euclid is an inclusive, diverse community, with walkable neighborhoods and architecturally diverse homes. It is a transit-friendly community not far from University Circle, the Cleveland Clinic, Downtown Cleveland, and the I-271 Corridor. Visitors can enjoy many amenities including a dog park, a fully accessible playground, community gardens, and parks, including Oakwood Green and Cleveland Metroparks Euclid Creek Reservation.

Getting Around:
Having a car is easiest to navigate the city. Public transportation (bus) is available and stops are very close by.

Other Things to Note:
This house is 3 levels w/ stairs (two staircases) - one leading upstairs and one leading to basement. There are two full bedrooms and one full bathroom on the first floor.There are 4 stairs to enter the home.
NO PARTIES -- There are ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, events or large gatherings allowed in the home or on the property. We have neighbors who will notify us of such events, and you will be required to leave immediately with no refund and a negative review will be documented. Extra cleanup from the evidence of a party or large gathering may become subject to a $45 hourly extra cleanup on top of the existing cleaning fee.
NO SMOKING -- There is absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigs, vaping, etc.), and if in violation you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund in addition to a documented negative review.
LOCAL GUESTS -- All local (Cleveland-based) guests must have at least 2+ positive reviews to book this property. Local guests must have a detailed explanation for renting with Airbnb due to past negative experiences with local guests (see the no parties/large gatherings rule).
PROPERTY DAMAGES – Any damaged property must be reported to the host. We understand accidents happen, and please make sure to notify the host/co-host if damage to the property occurs. Replacement fees and/or reimbursement for damaged items may occur if needed.
GUEST PROFILES – All guests must have a complete profile (including verified ID) with a profile picture.
EXTRA GUESTS – All guests on the reservation must be included in the total # (please no unauthorized guests without permission from the host).
Early Check in & Late Check out: We can accommodate up to 2 hours early check in or late check out for a $25/hour fee. Please give us a minimum of 24 hours for this request in order for us to organize our schedule.
As a courtesy to our cleaners, any uncleaned vomit and or blood will result in a $100 charge to the guest.
$75 flat fee per pet.

Guests will have their autonomy in the house. We, a team of expert hosts, are message away if anything is needed or there are questions about the property.

House with great amenities
The house was spotless, and had great amenities as advertised. We appreciated the coffee maker, plus coffee and tea select. Also, it was great that we didn't need to buy things typically needed in preparing food such as salt, peper, oil etc. TV and WIFI worked great. Keyless entry was very convenient. We'd definitely consider staying again when we are in Cleveland.

Very quaint home with modern upgrades.
Stayed for 8 days while recovering from surgery. Mark was great to work with. Plenty of room for a larger family. 2 car garage is a plus so you don’t have to worry about your car at night. A lot of upgrades. Would highly recommend.
