In addition to your initial reservation costs, all fees for extra services, accommodation charges, and any other payments made during your stay are strictly non-refundable.

This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

1. Check-In/Out: Adhere to check-in and check-out times. Request early check-in or late check-out in advance.

Note: Prepaid services are non-refundable, unless we can't provide them due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds for guest-initiated changes.

2. No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside. Use designated areas outside if available.

3. Guests: Only registered guests allowed overnight. Notify if you plan to have visitors.

4. Quiet Hours: Observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am.

5. Pets: This unit has a no-pet policy.

6. Events/Parties: No parties/events without prior approval.

7. Safety: Don't tamper with the noise monitor, smoke detectors, or any safety equipment.

8. Furniture & Appliances: Don't rearrange furniture. Turn off appliances when not in use.

9. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness. Clean dishes and dispose of trash in designated bins.

10. Respect Neighbors: Avoid loud noises and don't trespass on neighboring properties.

11. Parking: Use designated spaces. Don't block driveways or use reserved spots.

12. Amenities: If using shared amenities (like a pool or gym), follow community rules.

13. Security: Lock all doors and windows when leaving.

14. Damage: Report damages or malfunctions. You may be responsible for unreported damages.

15. Trash: Don't leave trash outside the door. Use designated bins or chutes.

16. Personal Items: Take all personal items upon check-out. We're not responsible for items left behind.

17. Communication: Contact us with any questions or concerns. Guests are required to promptly report any issues or concerns to the host during their stay. Failure to notify us immediately may limit our ability to effectively address these issues promptly and could impact the resolution process, including eligibility for refunds or adjustments post-departure. This policy is strictly enforced. Non-compliance may lead to consequences such as reports of inaccurate reviewing, or restrictions on future bookings. We are committed to maintaining the integrity of our reviews and expect all guests to adhere to this rule without exception.

The communication with the property manger sucked. I sent 3 messages asking questions prior to my arrival and no one every got back to me. When we arrived, the lighting in the hallway was very dark. The apartment smelled like cigarette smoke. It was filthy. The toilet had poop, blood and hair on the seat and had not been cleaned. The shower had hair in it. The kitchen had open bags of chips left in the cabinet, under the beds there was garbage and the wall in the hallway had something that looked like soda that had been spilled on it and left to dry. We were only in the apartment for about 15 minutes, long enough to take pictures. The pictures posted on the site are very deceiving and look nothing like the actual unit. We left the unit and got a hotel room. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!!!!

Apartment was modern and had nice bedding. It smelled like stale cigarettes a bit and the recommended parking didn't seem to be overnight so marked this review down to 4 stars. We ended up parking in Halle Parking garage, which was about a 10 min walk.

Absolutely amazing weekend in Cleveland
This place was absolutely beautiful!! It is quite secure with codes to get into the building and to get into the rooms. They also have a security guard at night as well which definitely made staying in downtown feel a lot safer. Every time we had a question, the host responded very quickly and we had absolutely everything we needed. Highly highly recommend!!
