We had to change rooms twice due to poor or no TV reception. We changed rooms a 3rd time due to the toilet rocking and shooting up water. This property appears quite aged and stains on floors and furniture. Restaurant and bar were only open 7-10 am for breakfast buffet and 5 pm for bar and limited menu. We asked for Kleenex in our room for 4 days and finally got it on the last day. The housekeeper cleaned the rooms well and provided what she could, but no Kleenex.

Alot of out dated items and the room was not that clean. Found hard candy on the floor next to the desk. A patched wall between the bedroom area and bathroom. Not painted along with the bathroom door not able to close it as it would hit the wall before closing. Breakfast is not included nor any coffee in the lobby. Coffee in the room but the water from the faucet tasted disgusting. Would not book again.

Got tube wasn’t working 2nd time staying here and both times it was down. I usually book my hotels based off pools and hot tubes nice amenity to have. They need to work on this.

The room we stayed in when we went to take a shower there was mold caked on the inside shower curtain a mold around the toilet in the bathroom when we use the bathroom and the lobby it was super messy and only one sink out of the six or seven they had in their worked with water brought this to the attention when we were checking out even had pictures of the mold in the dirtiness was told that a woman named Victoria would give me a call about this I have called three four times left messages we are going on 3 weeks now haven't heard from her and every time I call back they say she's not in. I would never stay there again

Cleanliness is important and there were areas of improvement needed. The filter in the furnace was filled with dirt from over a year and made the air quality terrible. Tv didn’t work either.

This probably was a nice hotel at one point, but it seems like it is deteriorating over time. The main entrance floor is chipped all over. The room had fruit flies, the TV was on the fritz, the water in the bathroom shower was warm enough to take a shower with out freezing and the refrigerator did not work. It felt more like I was staying in a 2nd rate motel.
