Drinking bottle water was not available. Towels were removed from the room, but none was replaced. Had to go downstairs and get them from the front desk. The tub in the bathroom needed to be upgraded. I’m not able to actually take a bath the stopper was Broken. Didn’t realize that they did not make the bed my fault for not asking.

I was not satisfied with my stay because I had changed my reservation from king size bed to two queen beds had to pay extra for it but when I arrived it was not done and the hotel was not able to accommodate me for it.

The bed wasn’t comfortable,some of the lights didn’t work. TV stations didn’t match what was online & there was no info in room to work tv.

Not up to Hampton Inn standard

I have come to expect a certain level from Hampton inns and this didn't quite match that expectation. The room wasn't super clean. The toilet was loose from the floor and so it moved. There was some debris on the floor. The conditioner container was empty. The ice maker was broken as was the microwave in the breakfast room. It might take some effort to get the ice maker repaired however it's pretty easy to pick up another microwave. It certainly was not worth the amount of money that I paid for the room for the night. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful and we did enjoy the pooll
