Ideal for pleasant vacations with family or friends Rating 4 * House / cottage with 1 floor and 2 private terraces (1 dedicated outdoor dining the other :
relaxation) with garden furniture and deckchairs; Barbecue.

House for 10 people (surface 150/160m² ) South-facing. Not suitable for PRM.

3 bedrooms: master suite with 160cm bed; 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds. 1 bedroom with 140cm bed. 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub, the other with walk-in shower). 2 WCs with washbasins. Living room with fully-equipped open kitchen;

IMPORTANT:

- Sheets (top and bottom), bathroom linen, kitchen towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the basic price, but can be provided on request at extra cost.

- The swimming pool is closed from October to March and heated from April to October.
Opening/closing may be advanced or delayed depending on weather conditions.

The swimming pool, tennis court and communal areas remain private to the residence, i.e. to be shared with current tenants and not open to the public.

Endroit exceptionnel
La maison que nous avons louée était vraiment spacieuse, offrant de très belles prestations . Elle était équipée de tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour passer un moment agréable en famille .De plus, la région de la Bretagne est absolument magnifique, ajoutant une touche supplémentaire à notre séjour. Le propriétaire a été très disponible et attentif à nos besoins. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison pour des vacances en famille.
