check in process needs improvement
The stay was great once we finally gained access. They should communicate with you prior to your arrival that you will have no cell service at the cabin and need to make sure you have a photo of the access code. We had to drive about 20 minutes back down the mountain to get cell service to be able to access the text with the code. In addition, their listing should show the pet fee. we had to reach out after we booked and paid (they require full payment when booking) to add our dog. There was nothing on the listing that allowed you to add the pet and see what the fee is even though they state they are pet friendly.
