In the historical town of Coarsegold where gold nuggets were regularly found in the 1800s lies a beautiful home, perfect for your next getaway! Ideal for any season, this place will make sure your schedule is filled with things to do and sights to see. Play on the lake in the summer by boating, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and water skiing! Head to the nearby resort in the colder months to downhill ski, snowmobile, and snowboard. Check out all of the historical landmarks when you're touring, sample local cuisine, art, entertainment, and attractions for the whole family.

Inside you'll find a bright and welcoming interior, full of natural light. There's plenty of comfortable furniture to rest on, especially around the stone fireplace with a wall-mounted TV, perfect for movie nights or Netflix marathons (guests must log in using their own credentials). The open-concept floor plan puts the living area, dining area, and kitchen adjacent to each other, so nobody has to miss out on great conversation. Enjoy playing board games or eating grand meals at the large dining table. The chef of the party will love cooking in the full kitchen, where there is a breakfast bar that seats three. The floating island has all the drawers and cupboards you could ever need! The main suite has a large, soft bed, plenty of closet space for personal effects, and an en-suite bathroom with a roomy shower. The other guest bedrooms also have soft beds and plenty of space to keep personal effects. Challenge your friends or loved ones to a game of billiards or foosball, or just chill out and make memories. Sit around the fire pit and tell ghost stories at night, or watch the California sunrise sipping your morning coffee.

Things to Know
Guests who violate the no-pet policy are responsible for the full amount of any damages or loss that occurs during their stay, as well as a charge of up to $1,000 and an additional cleaning fee.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are four cameras located on the outside of the house, all active while occupied by guests. One is on the side of the garage and points at the driveway and the outside of the house, one is a door bell camera pointing outside the front door, and two cameras on the outside of house (pointing into the backyard).



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
