Great location and all was as described
This place is close to the beach and near a popular bar/restaurant. Due to location there is noise from traffic and bar to late at night, not a place for for peace and quite but very fun...

Santa Theresa hideaway!
The people were great to work with!! Checking in early and communication was excellent!! The place was super clean and quiet but within a very short walk to the beach! Totally stay here again! Pura Vida!
