Property could do with a face lift. A little dated. 3 different carpets in hallway.
I really enjoyed being hosting here. Lovely Staff, very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and nice interior. Right in the heart of the harbor. Lovely views. I would like to come back here.
The hotel is an older property with lots of character. The bathroom was modern and completely updated. I would recommend this property and would stay here again. Great location.
Big room and clean. The downside, hard to find parking and you have to pay too.

Convenient stay in the centre of Cobh
The hotel was in the centre of Cobh. Ideal location overlooking the water. The room was clean and plenty of space. The bathroom was newly renovated. The food and breakfast service was very slow. They couldn’t take the breakfast order for 5mins after waiting because the kitchen was busy.
Elevator and then steps could be a deterrent for people with disabilities. Nice area with church and Titanic museum. Cafe and bars at hotel and just outside.
The staff as usual was super friendly and helpful (of course, you're in Ireland!) and the location was perfect - easily walkable, you get ocean views, and close to everything. The room was spacious and very comfortable but we did wish it had air conditioning. It was pretty loud though as there are a lot of birds and we always had a seagull that just stays at our window and you can hear all the people outside early in the morning. But other than that, it's a fantastic location and really cool hotel. Appreciated the little touches in our room as well!
Hotel was lovely. Lovely staff, clean, comfortable easy check in. Car park accessible before check in. Location perfect. Upgraded our room to a seaview which was lovely

Three days in Cobh
Lovely room overlooking port with newly renovated bathroom with excellent walk in shower. Breakfast with waiter service. Dinner in restaurant very nice. A nice bar would be a great improvement to the hotel.
Second time I've stayed here and despite hearing about improvements, none were apparent. A message from the hotel following booking mentioned that the hotel has limited off street car parking. What it didn't mention was the procedure to obtain car parking which is totally impractical when travelling. The room we were allocated, like the rest of the internal fittings was very tired. The view out of the window was of industrial ducting and tanks. These gave off some noise which was less than the noise from workmen in the morning which was significant! The room has just a very small TV and the bathroom wash basin was slow to drain. It was also impossible to lessen the temperature of the shower from hot! All of this came at a significant price which I won't be entertaining again.
