Great location rooms are nice a new inside steps from the beach . Only thing a little negative no snacks or drinks on property could use a couple machine for that

This was such a cute CLEAN PLACE right on the beach!! Contactless check in & the nicest staff ever!!! The only regret I have is we only checked it for one night got there late had to leave early. I would definitely want to take a few days and really enjoy the place.!!! Thank you so much!!!

Cute older hotel that has been remodeled nicely-granite countertops, new beautiful flooring - laminate? Very clean. Smelled nice. On the beach. Cute swing on the beach and chairs/beach toys free to borrow. Quiet but also in the middle of nowhere - it’s at least 1/2 mile away to a restaurant, gas station, vending machine, etc. We came in around 3:00am and had nothing to drink or anywhere to get anything! The toilet wouldn’t flush and ran all night lThe room was hot and had an AC unit on the wall and a remote with it and no instructions on how to use it! Difficult to figure out what ř mode it was aid

This is an amazing motel. We love it. Its clean, up to date, reasonable rates. The owners are awesome. I highly recommend it. You won't regret staying here.

I really like the contact list check in and check out that was kind of nice older hotel renovated nicely. Bed was actually comfortable not the Hilton but it was not bad for a one night stay considering I had an ocean view and I could just walk 50 feet out to the water almost. Of course, with it being on the ocean, the room was very musty smelling but the renovation was done. Well even had a bidet on the toilet.

The little place was right on the beach and very clean for the age. Bathroom and flooring is upgraded. Great for price. No pool but they have outdoor showers to rinse/cool off.

The only good things about this place for us were that it was on the beach and the room was decent. The area itself was not great but that’s not the hotels fault. The people at the hotel were Loud! It felt almost unsafe. Also the locks on the doors suck! They also reached out to me 20 times before hand with unnecessary texts and emails. Wouldn’t really recommend.

Patrick Space Force Base helped by recommending this room and gave us a great discount. The handicap suite is lovely. The staff and everyone Is accommodating we would definitely stay here again. The owners are very knowledgeable of the area. Directly on the ocean. Great view. Soft sand and convenient to Patrick Space Force Base.
