This unit features a King bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom. In addition, everything you need is provided such as free high-speed wireless internet, beach toys and accessories, linens, towels, a full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer and much more.

The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jons Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

Enjoy all of the amenities (at no cost) the Chateau by the Sea building has to offer such as a heated oceanfront pool and private access to the beach. In addition there is a 360 degree roof deck which is perfect for viewing shuttle launches, sunsets or just sunbathing! This condo is a great location for a beach vacation. We loved the fact that the Cocoa Beach Pier was just a short walk down the beach. The condo itself is nice enough... the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are VERY small. But the price was good and everything in the condo was in good working order. Overall I would recommend this place.

We loved the condo, it was just as described, really better than described as it is closer to the beach than the pictures show. We were able to see a space shuttle launch during our stay which was amazing. It was a wonderful vacation. We will for sure be back.

Fantastic Condo! You will love the view.
We couldn’t have been any closer to the Beach. Plenty of room for four adults. The pictures are true in the listing. Master BR Mattress is Wonderful! The bathroom are on the small side, but they work. Loved that one had a walk-in shower. Building is quiet and well lit and the elevators are quick. You don’t need anything as chairs, cooler and toys are provided. The checkin was easy and the communication was Great! Very Helpful. I highly recommend staying here and we will be back for sure.

October at the Beach
We loved being there in October. We stayed for three weeks which allowed different friends and family to rotate visits! We loved waking to the view of beautiful sunrises and saw 4 rocket launches from the roof. The air mattresses were so helpful for some of the kids. We walked to the Pier for dinner several times and Publix is close by for groceries. We ventured out for several dinners around town though we loved just being at the beach! The condo was clean and provided everything we needed. We did take our own Kureig. The pool and beach towels and chairs were helpful too! We plan to go back!

Absolutely the best view in Cocoa Beach!
The condo was spotless, very updated, and quite spacious. But the view from the balcony was heavenly. Most condos on the beach may have a partial view of the ocean, but this was panoramic! The hosts were easily reached for any questions and were extremely helpful. The location was perfect, a short distance to the Port and even shorter to downtown Cocoa Beach! I highly recommend this rental!

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful time at Chateau by the Sea! The condo was exactly as advertised. The view is incredible and access to the pool and beach were perfect and close! It was so nice that the condo had beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, and even a cooler for our use! Parking on site was easy and accessible. The building is in a great location, too. Kelsy was extremely responsive to any and all inquiries! We would recommend this to friends/family and would love to return!

We loved the location of this condo, how well it was stocked and the ease of getting to the beach and back. You can watch the pier activities & surfers from here not to mention all the cruise ships headed out/in. Very cool. We also left airpods in the condo's beach chair so we contacted the property owner who located them and shipped them to us immediately. Excellent communication on where to get parking passes, how to have gate entry for the pool and beach, etc. So much to do in this area. Highly recommended!
