This is truly the heart of the Florida home. Enjoy the gorgeous open concept chefs kitchen complete with high end finishes and a HUGE island to gather everyone around.

The tastefully furniture living spaces are set up for relaxation in mind - catch up or watch Netflix, it's up to you! There is tons for windows for maximum natural light. There is also a separate dining room to enjoy meals in together.

Calm, coastal and relaxing - it is the true essence of the carefree Florida lifestyle.

PRIVATE BACKYARD OASIS

The spacious & private backyard features a large heated pool as well as a nice covered patio area for you to relax on the chairs and loungers. There is great shade options for the hot Florida days! You can also use the grill and outdoor dining table for the perfect al fresco dinner on your vacation.

BEDROOMS

Settle down at night in the master bedroom; complete with a comfortable king mattress, TV and spacious ensuite (with double vanity and stand up shower).

There are two guest bedrooms, the first with a queen bed and two twins (with a TV) and the second with a queen bed. Additionally there is a pack and play provided for any small children!

Family vacation
Beautiful vacation home with very good equipment included both in the kitchen and for the excellent pool area. Approximately 50 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes to Cape Carnarveral, just over an hour to Disney and a 10 minute walk to the beach. House has a very good layout for families and close to all amenities. Definitely recommend

FAMILY BEACH VACATION
We had an amazing stay here, we will be back. Close to everything you need. Super close to beach access, pool was also a favorite chill spot. We started most days off by jumping in the pool, our dogs had an amazing time and the fenced in yard was super helpful and made for a very private back yard experience as well.comfortable beds, beautiful and very clean decor. We had an extremely fun time and made tons of memories, we will come back to this vacation rental. We loved it. Our teenager also had a wonderful time, suitable for all ages and our fur babies too.

Beautiful Home with Great location
The house was beautiful and was very clean. We enjoyed the big swimming pool for the evenings. Close to everything and in a great neighborhood. My only issue was it was hit in the house because we could not turn the thermostat down past 73, we are cold sleepers. I would definitely stay here again when we come back! Communication with property management was awesome and very helpful.

Great holiday villa
The villa was lovely, ideal for us and our teenage children visiting from England. We especially enjoyed the large pool and inflatables. The villa was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The air conditioning kept the the rooms comfortably cool, as it was extremely hot weather. We visited the theme parks in Orlando which were about an hour away and other nearby attractions. There were plenty of shops and restaurants but you really need a car to try get to most of them. I would highly recommend this villa and hope that we can visit again. Great holiday!

perfect vacation home
We rented the house for 2 weeks with our daughter, sil and grandchildren-house was very spacious, and we all loved the pool. Neighborhood very quite and we loved how close cocoa beach was. We even were able to see a rocket launch from the back yard. House came equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

Great beach vacation
This was a perfect Cocoa Beach vacation property! We loved the convenience to the beach as well as an easy 1 hour drive to all the Disney attractions. The property was extremely clean, updated, and bright. This property was clean but family friendly (our 5 yo and 3 yo loved the pool). Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect vacation home close to beach
This home is perfect! Up to date, clean, and within walking distance to the beach. The large pool is an added bonus ! Minimal mixing bowls for cooking in the kitchen and the master bed needs a metal frame. The boards only go across half the frame.

Excellent house and location!
This property was exactly what we were looking for during our stay (and more) The house was as described and the pool was a favorite of the teenagers and 4 year old! Located in a great neighborhood. I felt very comfortable running every morning. Very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping! When we return to Cocoa Beach this will definitely be where we look to stay!

This property was just as described and more. It is recently remodeled and is like brand new from top to bottom including bathrooms. It has beautiful furnishings and decor. The pool is quite large and the backyard is great. I highly recommend.
