1 Bed/1 Bath Deluxe Suite with beach access on site. The space is best suited for 2 people (1 queen bed and 1 pullout queen sofa-bed, <200 square feet)

No ocean view from the Cottage but you will have private beach access without having to cross A1A!

Full kitchen, private bathroom, pullout Queen sized sofa bed, free WiFi, parking, coin laundry on-site, and beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean from our Beach Deck!

A sliding barn door divides the main areas from the queen bedroom and bathroom.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower and vanity with storage.

To truly enjoy this unit, grab a beach towel from inside Cottage 2 and head east to the storage room, located behind Cottage 5. There, you will find beach chairs and beach toys for shared use among guests.

Continue east, through the gate for private beach access.

Stay and relax on the shared Coco Sands Beach Deck, or continue down the path to the dunes to the Atlantic Ocean!

After enjoy the beautiful Florida weather, an outdoor shower in the common area is available for rinsing off before you head back to your Cottage, or hang outside in your swimsuits and and enjoy your dinner on our shared grill!

The unit was ok. Bed was very comfortable but smaller than we like. Nice access to the beach, patio and chairs facing the beach but no umbrella. Good central cocoa beach location.

Cozy beach house!
Extremely well-managed! The listing was a little misleading. Our unit face the street and you had to walk the length of the units to be at the beach. Also no in unit washer and dryer. They were on site and coin operated. A very cute little place! I would still stay there again but get a different unit, one with outdoor space.

Great location. Close to Cocoa Beach. A stones throw from the beach. Very clean. Any issues were dealt with in a prompt and friendly manner. If you get a chance watch a rocket launch from the beach. So cool. A great months stay.

The accommodations were exactly as described. Lovely, clean place with awesome direct beach access. Spent the days longboarding and it was a quick drive to restaurants and shops. Host always responded quickly if I had a question. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Great!
Location was great, very quiet and laid back. Unit was clean and had everything we needed! Unit is small but good size for two adults and small children. Easy access to the beach was an added plus! Great communication with the owners and quick response, we had some WiFi trouble due to a storm but it was fixed in a timely manner and the owner was super quick to get in touch with me! Overall we had a great week!

Vacation paradise
We had a wonderful time. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including beach gear. Check in/check out was a breeze. The area was quiet and just slightly removed from all the hustle of the main strip, but everything we needed was only minutes away. We will definitely be staying here again in the future! Thank you!

Great place!
This was a great location and just steps to the beach. Very clean and comfortable. They had so much inventory of beach chairs, umbrellas and boards! I was worried that being in the front unit on Atlantic Ave would be a bit noisy but that was not the case at all! Very pleased with our stay!

There was some confusion at check in. But the place was clean. A little smaller than appeared in photo. Located right on the beach but our unit faced a road. Also not walking distance to any places to eat. Otherwise it was comfortable and had what we needed.

Great spot!
Cocoa Sands is about a 5 minute drive to downtown Cocoa Beach, and has direct beach access. The place was really clean, and the bed was comfortable. The property has tons of boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrellas that you can use freely. The owner left us beach towels and sunscreen. If you’re staying with 4 adults, it is very close quarters. The bathroom is located in the main bedroom, so all adults come and go through the bedroom. Our group didn’t mind this, but I thought it would be important to note. We would definitely stay again!

Cute apartment at the beach
An adorable apartment, just right for two people, or a family with two small children. The space was beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable queen size bed and beautiful linens. The apartment faces the street , A1A, and is only about 100 feet to the beach.

NICE AND CLEAN
Check in was a breeze with coded entry. We never had a need to reach out to the property owners, everything was exactly as expected. Safe location in a mostly residential area away from all the buzz. Our unit was off the road rather than a beach view but the beach was just a short walk around back. Excellent supply of complimentary beach toys/chairs/umbrellas. Our room was very small, but I'll compromise square footage for cleanliness any day. so no complaints here. Bed was very comfortable, overall a great stay.

Cottage right on the beach
Best part about this property is that you are on the beach. This is Unit #2 of the property. Host was wonderful and usually respond on the same day. They have beach chairs, a few umbrellas and boogie boards available on the property. BBQ is available as well if needed. This is a multi cottage property, so others have access to these things as well. -Very clean apartment -AC works great, this is especially important during the summer -Units 1 & 2 you will have people upstairs from you, but it's wasn't a problem and it is quiet on the property. -Apartment is good for a couple, it's tight if its 4 people and will be difficult to get around each other. -squid lips & fat snook restaurants literally just 1-2 mins away. Also just 5 mins away you will have plenty of other options. -Host let us have a later check out and we were very appreciative of that. - Full kitchen which is great. You can make breakfast or heat up a pizza So I would recommend this place, especially the location. You can't beat being right on the beach. Other properties say they are steps from the beach, but then you have to walk a few blocks with coolers and chairs to the beach. You can avoid all of that if you stay here.

We absolutely loved it here!!
We were so happy to find that everything about this place was just as described. The back patio area facing the ocean was incredible. We found ourselves relaxing out there multiple times a day and enjoying the view. Also, the private beach path and access to beach gear was so helpful. We will definitely be back!

Actually stayed at the three bedroom Oasis at the space
Marvelous is the best way to describe this 3-bedroom 2-bath Oasis. It was spacious beautiful Decor very clean I'm fabulous customer service. Jeanne Kimmy and Anna went way out of their way to make sure we had everything that we needed after we were reassigned this unit. Our first unit had plumbing problems and they graciously let us stay here instead. The location is perfect. 3 minutes 2 a beach that was never crowded and had free parking. There was a huge front porch and back porch assigned privately to this unit. Anything your family with bleed is included starting with v boogie boards chairs umbrellas beach towels. They even brought in a charcoal grill for us! I highly highly recommended this awesome cocoa Stan property and in particular the management. You won't be sorry if you bring your family to the 3-bedroom 2-bath unit.
