Unit 213 is a split level unit with 2 very spacious bedrooms on the upper floor, 2.5 bathrooms (full en-suite and guest bathrooms upstairs and a powder room on the main floor) and an updated kitchen, dining/living room and large private balcony on the main floor. There is free high-speed wireless internet and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. A significant benefit to this unit is that you can comfortably sleep 6 people in the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed, as well as a twin-over-double bunk-bed.
This unit offers the ultimate convenience of having private beach access, a large heated pool and a putting green. This two story unit is right next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone.
