Saatavana on kaksi uutta yksikköä: Luna ja Sol. Molemmat yksiköt ovat lähellä 2000 neliöjalkaa ja niissä on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 3 1/2 kylpyä, jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone. Molemmissa yksiköissä olevassa Master-sviitissä on Kohler-amme ja suihku. Kaikissa huoneissa on parveke. Duplex on 1 korttelin päässä rannasta ja jalan päässä Dunkin Donutsista, Publix-ruokakaupoista ja ravintoloista. Laituri on hyvin lähellä ja tarjoaa baarin, ravintoloita ja ostosmahdollisuuksia. Muita ominaisuuksia ovat graniitti työtasot, 10 jalkaa katot, paljon luonnonvaloa, kauniisti viimeistellyt lattiat ja yksityiset autotallit.

Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Cocoa Beach. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi vesipuiston. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa keittiön ja 3 kylpyhuonetta.

Perfect floor plan for a family
This was perfect for our family with 2 young children. There was plenty of room downstairs and a bathroom off each bedroom. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach. The host was very responsive all the time.

Nice/convenient place
Nice location - waking distance to good restaurants and the beach. Would definitely consider this place again. Only reason to not give five stars was because neighbors across street were loud on Friday and Saturday night waking everyone in the house.

Property was excellent and in a great location. Communications with the owner were great. The only complaint was that we couldn’t adjust the thermostat and it got pretty cold in the house when the weather changed.

5 guys show up with no vrbo experience. Couldn’t be better!!!! Our host arranges for an early checkin all on his own. The facility is easy to find, clean and has everything we need to get going, even coffee for the next morning.

Great place. clean & comfortable. Everything was in good shape. Kitchen was well equipped. Owner had some nice beach stuff available for us to use. Publix and many restaurants, go-carts, arcade & mini golf all within 4 blocks. My only issue was that the thermostat was locked and we couldn't change the house temp. Not letting your guest set a temperature they would prefer was too much an issue for our group. It was really a nice place in a good location but, I probably won't stay here again because of the locked thermostat.

Excellent place to enjoy the beach!
This place is really peaceful. Lots of space inside, really roomy and the rooms are laid out pretty cool, with each room having its own shower and restroom with and extra half bath downstairs. Great place to relax after the beach or long day out shopping.

Great location and beautiful spacious home!
So close to everything! We walked to the beach, restaurants, shopping. We loved all the space inside and the having extra beach toys was a bonus. We also really enjoyed the upstairs balconies and sitting out in the evenings. Internet was a little challenging, but the owner was very helpful in trying to resolve the issues. Would absolutely stay here again!

Pre Cruise Three Day Stay
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the location was great! Greg the owner was great to respond when we contacted him pre-check in. We did not need to contact him after check in. The property was centrally located and we found it easy to get to most places. The kitchen does not have a coffee pod maker but does have a coffee pot. There were no coffee filters but Duncan is literally right next to the condo so we just walked over there daily. Having stayed in many VRBO's or rentals there were some things I noticed that needed attendance but overall we had a nice time. There is no working smoke detector in the master bedroom. The beds were extremely uncomfortable for all of us but I think that is a matter of comfort and opinion. If you are planning on staying for more than two days you may need to purchase more toilet paper and paper towels. There was random half used groceries in the pantry that we did not touch. Overall it was clean. There were two towels and wash rags in the bathrooms which was not enough for us but we used the beach towels. None of the issues were things that the owner could change on our stay. We did find the thermostat inconsistent but we knew going in that he controls that and you cannot adjust it. We enjoyed the area and there is a lot to do. There are bikes and beach items in the garage that you can use so that is nice.

Fun family get away… for the most part.
The house is beautiful and very spacious. We enjoyed the 2 block walk to the beach. The property included beach equipment but if you want to ride the bikes there is an extra rental fee. Checking in was a hassle. The owner wants a photo ID and a rental agreement signed before you arrive at the property. We were doing a tourist attraction when the owner informed me of the requirements. It was really stressful because we didn’t have a good internet connection. The property was advertised for up to 8 guests. Don’t book this property if you have more than 6 guests. The couch bed in the sofa is horrible. You can feel every coil. Not suitable for adults. We did request an air mattress which was delivered. It had a leak in it so the teenagers had their heads to the floor by morning. If you have kids who don’t care about comfort while they sleep then by all means put them on the couch bed or leaky air mattress. No sheets were available for the first night on the couch bed or air mattress. The kitchen is suitably stocked and laundry soap is available.

Fun Family Vacation
Very clean and spacious property! Super comfy beds! Great location for getting to the beach, grocery store and restaurants! The only downfall was the smell of the trash by the garage entrance from the restaurant next door!

We enjoyed our 1 week stay. Easy access to the beach. Private baths for every bedroom iwas appreciated for our family, 2 couples and 1 single adult. Clean rooms and simple decor. Large family area downstairs. Access and checkout were painless. Owner was helpful and easy to work with.

Lots of room for everyone!
After being in a hotel for three days, my family was so happy to be in this house for a few days and hit the beach! The house is huge and clean, and we were so happy that everybody had their own bed, their own room, their own TV and their own bathroom. The washer and dryer were great, and we were so happy to have all the beach stuff right there in the garage including a beach, umbrella and beach toys. Lots of restaurants and bars close by, and walking distance to the beach. House is clean and very comfortable! Thank you!

Great location and area
We came down for a short trip to the beach and to the Kennedy Space Center. The house is very spacious and right in the heart of a lot activities, a lot are walkable. Greg is easy to connect with and made the entire process smooth!
