Great for a weekend getaway
We had a lovey stay! Booked the trip to dip a day at the space center and a day at the beach! Easy to access both. The main drag that you have to cross to get to the beach is a little dangerous, especially if you have little ones. But there’s public parking right at the beach access and there’s also a crosswalk not too far from the house. The house is very clean and all the things we needed to cook. All in all a great stay.

Great location and the house was a beachy feel. Had outside grill along with ice maker and mini fridge. Big back yard. (not fenced in) Had bikes to use and a great neighborhood to ride them in. We really enjoyed our stay there. Convent to everything!

You won’t be disappointed
This property is beautiful and feels like your own home. It was kids friendly and yet upscale. Short, pleasant walk to beach. We said we will plan extra days at the first of our vacay next year to stay here before a cruise.

Everything you need
The house was very nicely remodeled and clean! Had everything we needed for the beach and even provided shampoo and conditioner in showers which I don’t usually see in home rentals! Also had fun games and a puzzle that was enjoyed on a rainy day.

It was wonderful. The house was very comfortable. The grass just needed to be cut. And the book to sign was not out. Other than that it was great. Would love to stay there again.

Very clean close to beack
Very clean and updated. Beautiful bathrooms with delightful rain shower heads bathrooms could use large mirrors towel racks and a working outlet in guest bathroom. Very comfortable large beds and plenty of closet space but no dressers to put clothing in and no mirrors in guest bedrooms. Patio not as pictured in ad instead had picnic table and 4 rocking chairs which was just fine but not what was expected. Also thought it was screened in but was not and bugs was an issue which kept us from sitting out and using the patio. Grill did not work and was quite dirty. Because of its cleanliness and close location to beach we 4 senior ladies would return

Amazing property and totally worth every penny
We had an amazing time staying at this property! It was VERY clean and had everything you would need for a beach rental! Also, the AC worked amazing! Hahahah I was worried about that and was looking for that in the reviews and couldn’t find it. Some beach people love the cool breeze and don’t love AC, I’m a midwestern and pregnant so that was not on my list! AC was amazing and they had a working ceiling fan in every room as well! I just wished they had an enclosed backyard, but it might be against their rules! If we come back we would book this place again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for providing some lasting memories for myself and my family!

Mini Family Reunion
My niece had recently become engaged and had not seen her Dad in five years due to Covid, job requirements, etc. His other Daughter (now deceased) has a daughter who also had not seen him in 5 1/2 years. So, I thought it would be nice for them to get together and see my 86 YO brother. The house was absolutely PERFECT. We had space to gather, visit and eat. It was convenient for my brother - who happens to be retired from the NAVY and Military Sealift Command - after a total of over 53 years of service. And gave all of us comfort and space to visit, trade stories and go through photos - not to Mention it's less than 3 miles from Jazzy's Mainly Lobster :-) We have decided that this would be an awesome place to return to once a year while he is still with us as it is one mile from where he and his wife live.

Kennedy Space Center trip
We came to tour the Kennedy Space Center and also visited with a friend from grade school. Celebrated hubby’s birthday at Jazzy’s. Wonderful home with great amenities for our short trip!

Great location
Nice unit overall, especially the bathrooms and outdoor kitchen area. Cleaning not up to snuff - there was food left under the couch that encouraged ants to visit. Also when I walked around in bare feet my (and my grandsons) feet were black on the bottoms. No paper towels in the property. Toilet paper very poor quality.

Cocoa beach home away from home
Our family spent the week at this home and absolutely loved it. The house was equipped with everything you need and more from washer and dryer to a wagon and all the beach toys you could need. The walk to cocoa beach is only two blocks. I loved the beach feel and how clean and well maintained the home was. The only thing missing was a full sized mirror for my teen girls so we bought one and left it at the home. I would definitely return to this home!

Beyond expectations!!
We thoroughly enjoyed the home. You can tell they take pride in keeping a nice place for people stay and enjoy. The beach is just a short walk away, or enjoy the bikes to get there quickly. Other properties have great pictures that don't live up to them, but this one is as advertised!!
