This lovely two-bedroom condo is situated in the heart of Cocoa Beach and has undergone a full renovation in 2023. Guests can enjoy a meticulously maintained private pool, as well as access to tennis courts, a bocce ball court, shuffleboard, and pickleball court. The Diplomat resort-like grounds boast a private beach entrance complete with a boardwalk and shower, making it an ideal destination for a beach vacation.

Enjoy a relaxing stay bathed in the sun or venture out to explore the nearby attractions. Publix, mini-golf, restaurants, beaches, pools, and bars are all located within walking distance. A short drive will take you to Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jon's, Kennedy Space Center, golf courses, fishing spots, boating, and other local favorites.

Located in a quiet corner on the second floor, this apartment is soundproofed with insulated storm windows. The living room comes equipped with a 65-inch TV featuring cable TV with Roku, an electric reclining couch, and an additional easy chair.
