The space
Located in the Cocoa / Port St. John / Titusville area, the ranch is a short distance from Kennedy Space Center, close to bioluminescent kayaking, cruises from Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach and Orlando attractions. It comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. It is also ideal for business travelers looking for corporate housing. Guests will have private access to the entire lower level apartment. Guests also have shared access to over 20 acres of wooded surroundings. The patio is ideal for sitting outside and enjoying the relaxing sounds of nature. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Clean sheets and towels are provided in the unit. Additional clean sheets and towels are available for extended stays.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the unit. All food items will be removed after the guest checks out.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place trash in green trash cans located between the house and barn.
Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire lower level apartment. Guests also have shared access to over 20 acres of wooded surroundings which provide privacy and seclusion, even though you're just minutes from everything!
Other things to note
• Septic System: This unit has a septic system. The septic system is not a trash can. Do not flush anything besides human waste and toilet paper. Never flush: cooking grease or oil, non-flushable wipes - such as baby wipes or other wet wipes, photographic solutions, feminine hygiene products, condoms, dental floss, diapers, coffee grounds, paper towels, or pharmaceuticals.
• Rental agreement:
This listing is for the lower level apartment only. The upstairs apartment, which also includes a full kitchen, dining room, and private balcony is available under a separate listing. There are also cabins available for rent at this same property.
This agreement is for the exclusive use of the unit by the registered guests. The unit may not be sublet or assigned to any third party without the express written approval of the owner. This agreement is governed by and is enforceable under the laws of the State of Florida and for any action, venue is proper in the courts of Brevard County, Florida.
• Working ranch: This is a working ranch. Owners are on-site daily to care for the animals and maintain the grounds.
