Upon arrival, you'll find a recently updated home with thoughtful touches throughout. The kids will love the cozy bedroom with bunk beds and toys, ensuring they feel right at home. The updated bathroom includes laundry facilities, adding convenience to your stay. The master bedroom, situated at the back of the house, offers a peaceful escape with a comfortable queen bed. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to enjoy meals at home, and while the house doesn't have central AC, the in-room unit in the living room keeps things cool and comfortable.

Excellent get away
Charming well kept home with a relaxing atmosphere and easy access. Home is equipped with the necessary amenities. No issues whatsoever. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable home away from home.

Very convenient
We came to visit my mother who is living at an assisted living facility a few blocks away. Because it was so close we were able to bring Mom to the house to hang out for a few hours so she could have break from her apartment. The house is comfortable, close to good restaurants, and has very easy freeway access. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location close to lake, golf course and down town. Functional space and very clean.
We loved how close it was to everything. With our family of 5 it was ideal space over a hotel room. Felt it was priced accordingly as it wasn't fancy but served our purpose.

The house smells strongly of cigarette smoke
I rented this house with my fiancé and two friends. We were in the area for Ironman 70.3 CDA. Within only a few minutes of being in the house, we could smell cigarette smoke, with the worst area being the back bedroom. I have been around cigarette smoke and lived with smokers as a child. This was more than just a situation where the prior tenants broke the rules and smoked in the house. The house was saturated in cigarette smoke. It was clearly in the walls, upholstery, carpeting. On race day, my wetsuit even smelled of smoke as I put it on...just from sitting in the house for a couple days prior. All of my clothes when I returned home had to be laundered due to the smell of cigarettes. All of us were sneezing, had watery eyes, headaches. It didn't help that we were there for an endurance race where lung health is paramount. We all started taking Zyrtec. I have an albuterol inhaler that I rarely use, but I was using it multiple times per day. My friend was using his too. When I messaged the property management team to ask if this is a known issued, they responded that they had never heard a complaint about cigarette smoke??? This was so obviously dishonest. The location is convenient and safe, but this house isn't worth being miserable and stinking like cigarettes. I was extremely disappointed.

Cute and comfortable!
The house was an easy 39 minute drive to Silverwood and a 20 minute walk to downtown Couer d’Alene with cute shops and restaurants. The Moontime Pub had awesome food just two blocks away and we had a great breakfast at Jimmy’s Down the Street. The house had everything we needed. We loved all the plants and fun decor. We wish we’d found the air hockey table in the garage sooner.

Our Extended Stay in Coeur D' Alene
Overall, the house was very clean and accommodating. The backyard was spacious and terrific. The air hockey game in the garage was a complete surprise and much appreciated. There were high quality amenities available and the towels were plush! I would have liked a dishwasher but the space in the kitchen was a little tight. The the neighborhood is ok (a bit of construction next door) but again, happy to have been in the proximity of downtown. Highway access is marvelous and easy to get in and out of the very wide and accommodating streets. The interior was really nice and quality flooring, carpeting. There are portable AC units which are essential in the Summer. Master bedroom is only a queen size bed (used to king size). I would recommend anyone with a furry friend as well to book this place because it has tons of room in the backyard. The ownership/booking group was highly responsive and detailed. I was very impressed by everyone's professionalism and gracious demeanor. - Steve
